Day 15, and after the heat came the rains, and everything smelt fresh and alive.
I felt like I was eliminating a bit today. I had lots of energy, but a slight taste in my mouth, almost metallic.
Sleep is still excellent and very enjoyable. I am getting 6–7 hours a night, which seems to be working for me. I am getting up, usually, betwen 4am and 4.30 am feeling rested and ready to go ♥
Fruity Fare:
Morning — 12 small Biodynamic Valencias, juiced in mouth.
Afternoon— 11 small Biodynamic Valencias, juiced in mouth
Evening—the juice of half a Biodynamic Valencia, squeezed into a glass of Italian mineral water.
Exercise:
1 hour fast walking
30 mins workout.
