Alcoholic Smoothie Recipes
Mixed Berry Vodka Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients (serves 1)
Cherries
6 Strawberries
6 Raspberries
1/2 cup Lemon Lime Soda
1 Peach
12 Grapes
1 Banana
100 ml Vodka
Method
Roughly chop the fruit, add to blender. Pour in the lemon lime soda and vodka (add ice if preferred). Stick the blender on full whack, serve chilled.
Watermelon Margarita Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients (serves 2)
2 1/2 cups seedless watermelon
3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
4 fluid ounces tequila
2 fluid ounces Cointreau
2 cups crushed ice
Method
To make this alcoholic cocktail cut watermelon into 1 inch cubes, place in blender. Add other ingredients on top with crushed ice last. Blend until smooth. Serve in a decorated cocktail glass.
Banana Colada Smoothie Recipe
This is a rich, soothing, summer smoothie-type rum drink. It has been my husband’s favorite since we began having this drink. Now he is making it for us! Be careful - these go down easy!
Ingredients (Serves 2)
2 ripe bananas, mashed
4 fluid ounces cream of coconut
6 fluid ounces rum
4 fluid ounces banana liqueur
3 cups crushed ice
Method
In a blender, combine bananas, cream of coconut, rum, banana liqueur and ice. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
Brandy Alexander Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients (serves 1 Big One)
120ml/4fl.oz. Brandy
120ml/4fl.oz Crème de Cacao
1 Banana
240ml/8fl.oz.Vanilla Ice Cream
Freshly Grated Nutmeg
Method
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve over ice, relax and enjoy.
Champagne Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients (Serves 1)
240ml/8fl.oz. Natural Yoghurt
180ml/6fl.oz. Champagne
225g/8oz Strawberries
4 Ice Cubes, cracked
Method
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Then drink in abundance.
Malibu Mixed Fruit Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients (Serves 1)
120ml/4fl.oz. Malibu
1 Banana
1 Peach, stoned and chopped
1 Orange, peeled, seeded and chopped
75g/3oz Blueberries
4-6 Ice Cubes, cracked
Method
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve over ice in a tall glass.
