Apricot Smoothie Recipes
Refreshing California Apricot Smoothie
Ingredients (Serves 2)
1 (15 1/4oz.) can California apricot halves, chilled
1 cup (8 oz.) plain or vanilla yogurt
2-3 drops vanilla extract, to taste
6-8 ice cubes
Method
Combine ingredients in theblender. Cover and blend on high until smooth. Add more ice cubes for a thicker consistency.
Apricot Carrot Smoothie Recipe
Each portion contains 2 of your recommended 5-a-day
Ingredients ( Serves 1)
6 Apricots, stoned and quartered
175g/6oz Mango Flesh, cut into pieces
300ml/10fl.oz. Carrot Juice
2 tbsp Honey
4 large Ice Cubes, crushed
Method
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour in a tall glass, sit back relax and consume at will.
Apricot Raspberry Smoothie recipe

Ingredients (Serves 1)
175g/6oz Raspberries
3 Apricots (fresh or dried) chopped
3-4 tbsp Honey
480ml/16fl.oz. Milk
4-6 Large Ice Cubes, cracked
Method
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
Apricot Nectarine Smoothie recipe

Ingredients (Serves 1)
6 Apricots, stoned and quartered
3 Nectarines, stoned and sliced
240ml/8fl.oz. Natural Yoghurt
2 tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
4 Large Ice Cubes, cracked
Method
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour over ice in a tall glass. Your good to go.
