Blueberry Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients (serves 1)
1 banana
1 good handful of blueberries
1 scoop of low-fat vanilla ice cream
Method
To make this quick free smoothie recipe blend banana and blueberries in your blender for approx 35 seconds. Next add the vanilla ice-cream then blend for a further 20 seconds. Serve smooth and enjoy.
Blueberry Vanilla Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients (serves 2)
1/4 cup washed blueberries
1 large scoop of vanilla ice cream
3 large fresh strawberries
1 teaspoon honey
Sugar (optional)
Method
To make this fruit smoothie recipe place the blueberries, vanilla ice cream and strawberries into your blender. Whizz away for around 30 seconds. Pour into two cups and drizzle the honey on top of each one and some sugar (should you wish).
Blackcurrant and Blueberry Burst Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients (serves 2)
250grams fresh blackcurrant's
125grams blueberries
15ml crème de cassis
6 ice-cubes
1 teaspoon of honey or sugar (optional)
Method
Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend. Pour and serve.
Blueberry Surprize Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients (serves 2)
250gms blueberries
10 large strawberries
1/2 pot of natural yogurt
sprinkle of cinnamon
Method
Place all ingredients except for the cinnamon in a blender. Cover and blend for approximately 30 seconds. Pour into glasses and serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
The Big Purple Berry Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients (serves 2)
1/2 cup of blueberries
1 cup fresh strawberries
1 pot of raspberry yoghurt
1 small cup of ice (optional)
Method
The Big Purple Berry smoothie recipe is quick and easy to make. Add the blueberries, strawberries and raspberry yoghurt to the blender, blend on high for around 30 seconds, add the ice (if you prefer) and blend again for 15 seconds. Pour into two glasses and enjoy your smoothie which is full of goodness.
