New to the Dunkin' Donuts menu are innocent looking bagel twists. Why should you beware? One cheddar bagel twist has 400 calories, 9 grams fat, and 4.5 grams saturated fat. That is 80 more calories, 7.5 more grams of fat, and 3.5 more grams of saturated fat than a plain bagel. The cinnamon raisin twist is less offensive with 350 calories, 3.5 grams fat, and 0.5 grams saturated fat.
