Make Your Own Trail Mix

If you are in need of a snack recipe, check out my Make Your Own Trail Mix. It's really easy and much healthier than many store bought versions. Give it a try! enjoy...

Ingredients:
2 cups whole grain cereal (e.g. Cheerios)
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup almonds
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/4 cup low fat granola
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup sunflower seeds

Directions:
1. Combine all the ingreidents together and store in an air-tight container.

Nutrition Facts (per serving): 160 calories, 7 grams fat, 0.5 grams saturated fat, 0 grams trans fat, 0 milligrams cholesterol, 55 milligrams sodium, 23 grams carbohydrates, 3 grams fiber, 13 grams sugar, 4 grams protein, 2% vitamin A, 2% vitamin C, 6% calcium, 20% iron
