Day 3 Mono Orange Juice.
Today I had biodynamic juice all day; I really noticed a difference in juice quality as compared to the conventionally grown Oranges. The Biodynamic Oranges were much riper, less ph acidic, and their flavour was superb.
Morning—juiced 5 Oranges in the mouth. (these beauties are small and sweet; about half the size of your regular Valencias. Then had half a pint of juice using a hand-juicer.
Afternoon—1 pint of juice, using hand juicer, 2 Oranges juiced in mouth.These biodynamic Oranges were only AU$5 for 3kg (6.6lbs) and really are excellent quality.
I had about three quaters of an hour in the sun, then more storms came.
Did a 40 min work out.
