What you will need:
2 pears
2 kiwis
10ml lemon juice
Method
1. Rinse the pear, peel the skin off. Remove seeds and cut into pieces
2. Rinse and peel kiwi fruits and cut into pieces.
3. Put kiwi and pear pieces into juicer together with the lemon juice
4. Pour mixture in glass and serve.
Benefits:
Kiwi fruit is very rich in vitamin C that helps fight illnesses. It also rejuvenates skin and improves complexion. The component pectin, which is found in the fruit also moisturizes our skin and makes our skin look healthier.
Furthermore, the fibre content in kiwi helps alleviate constipation problems and improves one's digestion
Pears are known to relieve cough, dissolve phlegm and help heal those suffering from sore throats.
High amounts of fibre and potassium in pears help improve digestion and balance the amount of sodium in out bodies as well
Tips:
Choose kiwis that are heavy, firm and have a very furry feel to it. This highers your chances of picking a fresher and jucier kiwi fruit.
Choose pears that are smooth and firm. Avoid pears that have different patches of colours as fresh pears should have a constant colour tone around it.
Stewing pears with rock sugar is another method to cure sore throats and dispel body heatiness.
Take note:
Preparing this juice after dinner would certainly help in digestion, especially after a heavy meal with lots of meat as kiwi fruits are rich in enzymes that can easily break down proteins. This helps improve digestion as our stomachs would not have to work so hard to digest the meat.
Enjoy!

Before Making your Delicious Juice
*Before you begin
One must have the knowledge that fruits and vegetable juices are consumed in raw form. Therefore all fruits and vegetables must be thoroughly washed and cleaned before being placed in the blender.
I suggest fruits and vegetables meant for juicing to be first soaked in salt water to remove any chemical residues coming from pesticides. After that, rinse the vegetables under running water for about 2-4 minutes or scrub them clean in warm water to ensure they are safe for consumption.
Lastly, when making juices, avoid having too much or too many varieties of fruits and vegetables in a single day as this may force our body to secrete complex gastric juices that may lead to indigestion instead.
The combinations of fruits and vegetables for you too blend is entirely up to you to decide, or you can use the ideas in the following recipes that i shall post later on. So unless there is any food item you should avoid, you can mix any combinations of fruits to your liking. However try not to over indulge in juices that are too sweet or too sour! :)
