♥ Day 44 Mono Orange Juice ♥

Day 44.
A poem by George Wallace:

Garden of The Nuns
I stole this orange from the garden of the nuns
to bring to you Juanita.
It dropped between the shining leaves,
and I reached down to pick it up
as the sisters meditated, behind draperies
and cool windowpanes, on the Acts of the Apostles.
And yes, Juanita, there are more oranges for you
from the garden of the nuns. This
orange I bring to you
to release you from your own meditations,
the ones that haunt you.
Take this orange Juanita. It holds the sun.

I still feel well and happy on the Orange juice. No other sweet juicy fruit is really tempting me at the moment. As long as the Orange quality is good, then I fel very contented with them.
Hopefully, I have an order of local Valencias arriving late next week. I really enjoyed the Oranges I got in Byron Bay, especially one lot from Santos, a local wholefood store.

It may be that I will miss our homegrown Mangoes, but to slightly alter a phrase by Judy Mazel, 'It will all be there next year'. Or at least in the next five years, as Mango crops often have a  really great year every five years or so.

I do not feel it is worthwhile to focus on what one may or may not have missed out on, but rather always to look to what one is experiencing right now!
I may not be getting all the local seasonal fruit but I certainly am having the most wonderful experience ♥
