Chocolate Smoothie Recipes


The Great Chocolate Banana Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients (Serves 2)

ice (about a handful or two)
2 large bananas
1-1/2 cups non-fat vanilla soy milk
1/4 cup low-fat or non-fat vanilla yogurt
1 Tbsp. chocolate hazelnut spread (such as Nutella)

Method

Place ice in the bottom of your blender. Use a handful or two, less if you want your smoothie to be more like a juice drink, more if you want it to be like a milkshake. Add the remaining ingredients and blend on top notch. Puree until smooth. Serve immediately.

Chocolate Smoothie

Ingredients (Serves 1)

1/2 cup ice
1/2 cup yogurt
1/2 cup chocolate syrup

Method

Put all the ingredients into blender and hit the "Liquify" button. When it looks ready, pour and serve.

Chocolate Strawberry Smoothie

Ingredients (Serves 1)

2 bananas, frozen and chunked
75 g frozen strawberries
30 ml chocolate syrup
235 ml plain yogurt

Method

In a blender combine bananas, strawberries, chocolate syrup and yogurt. Blend until smooth.

Chocolate Coconut Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients (Serves 4)

1 1/2 cups chocolate yogurt
1 1/2 cups vanilla yogurt
3/4 cup coconut milk
2 tbsp. cream of coconut
1/4 cup sweetened flaked coconut
4 slices fresh pineapple or canned pineapple chunks (optional)
chocolate syrup (optional)

Method

Place chocolate and vanilla yogurt, coconut milk, cream of coconut, and the flaked coconut in the blender. Blend until creamy and smooth. Pour mixture into 4 glasses top each glass with 1 slice of pineapple or several pineapple chunks. Then drizzle with chocolate syrup and consume.

Delicious Chocolate Dream

Ingredients (Serves 2)

2 Bananas
1 small avocado
1/4 cup raw cacao
1/4 cup agave
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp lucuma powder
2 tbsp maca
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 cup water - maybe more if you want the consistency thinner

Method

Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend on full power until smooth, serve and enjoy.
