Raspberry Smoothie Recipes


Bright Raspberry Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients (Serves 1)

1 medium banana
1/2 cup of red raspberries (or strawberries)
1/2 cup of black raspberries (or blueberries)
1/2 cup of yoghurt
1/2 cup of ice

Method

Cut the raspberries into small pieces that will fit through a straw. Blend the banana, ice, and yogurt with the black raspberries. the strong dye of the raspberry will create a dark coloring. Add a few pieces of the red raspberry at the bottom of the cup, pour the smoothie 1/4 then add more pieces of the rad raspberry. Finish at the top with more pieces and enjoy.

Raspberry and Peach Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients (serves 2)

10oz frozen raspberries (slightly thawed)
1 cup peach nectar
½ cup buttermilk
1 tablespoon of honey

Method

To make this free smoothie recipe simply place all ingredients into blender, and process until smooth.

Raspberry Sprite Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients (Serves 1)

1 cup fresh raspberries
1/2 banana
1/2 cup 7up or Sprite
1/2 cup ice

Method

Because raspberries seem to taste better when combined with carbonated drinks like 7up, sprite, or some alcohols, the recipe gets creative. Blend the cubes with the banana on high speed until slushy. Add the raspberries and 7up but blend on low for 20 seconds so the raspberries are not highly blended but sill in pieces. A very invigorating taste.

Chocolate and Raspberry Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients (serves 2)

2 cups frozen red raspberries
1 cup unsweetened cranberry juice
16 oz low-fat chocolate yogurt

Method

To make this quick free smoothie recipe, just add the raspberries to the blender, followed by the cranberry juice and the low fat chocolate yoghurt. Blend for around 20-30 seconds. This smoothie recipe is great for breakfast.

Delicious Raspberry & Apple Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients (serves 2)

14 frozen raspberries
3 apples (whichever type you prefer)
1 mango
1 medium-sized cup of apple juice

Method

To make this simple smoothie recipe chop the apple and mango into chunks then place in the blender. Next add apple juice and mix for 1 minute. Finally, add raspberries and smooth for approx 30 seconds. Serve and enjoy.
